1. Introduction

Welcome to NeuraFix, a habit building platform hosted at neurafix.click. By accessing or using our services, info products, or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Habit Building Services

NeuraFix offers personalized coaching, group workshops, and digital tools designed to help you establish and maintain positive habits.

2.2 Information Products

We provide digital materials such as e-books, guides, and video courses to support your habit building journey.

2.3 Goods

NeuraFix sells physical products, including habit tracking journals and related accessories.

3. Payment Policy

Payments are processed securely through recognized payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize NeuraFix to charge the applicable fees.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days following the commencement of a coaching program. NeuraFix will reimburse the unused portion of prepaid sessions. Alternatively, you may transfer the balance to another service of equal value within 30 days of the original session date. Certain tailored packages, such as one-on-one intensive coaching, are non-refundable due to the allocation of dedicated resources and scheduling commitments.

4.2 Information Products

Digital downloads are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the material has been accessed or downloaded. After this period, or if more than 20% is accessed, the purchase is considered final and not eligible for a refund.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back for a refund within 14 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for standard shipping costs. NeuraFix will reimburse the purchase price once the item is received and inspected. Customized products are not eligible for reimbursement due to their bespoke nature.

5. Service Suspension or Termination

NeuraFix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. No reimbursement will be provided for sessions or products already used or consumed.
